CANARIA is an innovative lighting device designed for inspecting scratches occurring during wafer manufacturing processes. This device utilizes LED illumination to reduce maintenance costs and offers Warm-White color as the default option for comfortable visual inspection. Additionally, users have the flexibility to customize the light color to Red, Blue, or Green based on their preferences. The brightness of the illumination can be adjusted across 5 levels to suit varying inspection needs.
